Booking Form & Hire Agreement

Our Premises Licence now allows us to run a Bar (Sell Alcohol by retail) at events held at the Village Hall without the need for a Temporary Event Notice from NWLDC. The amended  ‘Hire Agreement’ form ref: doc1 10_23 is now available below. Should you wish to include this facility at your event/party please also complete the ‘Bar Request’ form ref: doc11 10_23.
