Revised Hire Charges

At a recent Village Hall committee meeting, it was decided that we have to increase our hire charges as of the 1^st of April. This is because of the recent rise in energy prices which has made the Hall more expensive to heat.

While we were rather reluctant to do this on one level, it was pointed out that we have not altered what we charge for hire for more than 12 years!

So, as from April 1^st, the new charges will be:

£10 per hour for regular users and Diseworth residents,

£12 per hour for those living outside the village.

The new Hire Agreement Form, including revised charging rates, is available via the ‘Booking’ and ‘Documants’ pages.

We hope you understand the reasons behind this and will continue to use the Hall; your inputs are much valued.
