How to Book Diseworth Village Hall

If you would like to book Diseworth Village Hall or any of its facilities, please take a few moments to read the Booking Information.  Once you are happy that the Hall will meet your requirements, check the calendar for availability then complete and submit the form below 

Alternatively, you can contact the Bookings Secretary to clarify any questions you may have and make a provisional reservation by telephoning (number: 0300 800 5000) or by e-mail

Once received, our Bookings Secretary will check availability, enter it on the calendar, confirm the booking, and agree the actual hire charge with you.

Booking Details

I wish to hire the following at the Diseworth Residents' rate of £10 per hour, or the Non-residents' rate of £12 per hour. (Please tick all options that apply):

Sale of Alcohol

If you intended to run a Bar (sell at the event) you will need to to use the authorisation granted by our premises licence at a cost of £10 per event.

Parties, Weddings and All-day Bookings

An all day period, open 8am until midnight (additional set-up and cleaning time charged extra at standard hourly rate). Diseworth Residents: £100 per day, Non-residents: £120 per day.

Facilities for External Hire

The following facilities are available for private hire by Diseworth Residents away from the Hall. All but the Gazebos are included for use in 'The Hall and all its facilities' option above.

Notes

  • Some events, such as weddings, parties or dances, may be subject to a booking deposit in addition to the booking fee. This will be returned at the discretion of the Bookings Secretary in part or in full subject to the condition in which the premises are left.
  • For all events, breakages and damage must be paid for by the hirer.
  • Full payment, including any deposit, must be paid upon receipt of our invoice.
